摘要

残疾人社会保障工作的重中之重就是残疾人的就业问题。而促进残疾人就业可以有效的保障残疾人的基本生活，也可以培养他们的自我价值认知感，树立自信心。残疾人就业与非遗项目相结合可以有效解决残疾人就业问题和发展非遗文化，为残疾人提供了创业就业的机会和发展空间。残疾人可以通过工坊培训和互联网居家就业等多种途径培养掌握非遗的相关知识，成为非物质文化遗产的文化传承者。“互联网+”背景下促进残疾人就业指的是通过互联网相关平台结合残障人士的身体特征，为其提供更符合工作能力的就业职位。目前，残疾人非遗就业与手工艺品的制作项目紧密联系，已具有了一定的社会影响，这给国内的残疾人就业的困境拓宽了崭新的思路，并给非遗的传承带来了新的方向。

People with disabilities can master relevant knowledge of intangible cultural heritage through various ways, such as workshop training and Internet home employment, and become cultural inheritors of intangible cultural heritage. Promoting employment of persons with disabilities in the context of "Internet Plus" refers to providing employment positions for persons with disabilities that are more suitable for their working abilities through internet-related platforms combined with their physical characteristics.At present, the employment of the disabled in intangible cultural heritage is closely linked with the production of handicrafts, which has had a certain social impact, which has broadened the plight of the employment of the disabled in China, and brought a new direction to the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
